Please send your completed abstract (pdf and original document) to:  HIF12_abstracts@lbl.gov

Details on uploading documents:
All authors can visit the event website at hif12.lbl.gov and click on AGENDA FOR THE SYMPOSIUM.  This will take you to a detailed view of the agenda.  Once at the website you may click “Login” in the top right hand corner of the window.

LBNL authors can login with their LDAP login and password.

Non-LBNL authors will be receiving an e-mail message from INDICO Mailer (e-mail address: collaborate@lbl.gov).  This message will verify that an account was created for you and should contain your login name.  Please note that your password will be the same as your login.  We encourage you to login and change your password to something more secure.  Click your name at the top of the screen and you will be taken to a page that will allow you to change your password.

Once you have logged in click View my Abstracts to verify that your abstract is entered correctly.

To upload your slides or manuscript: Click Agenda. Navigate to your time slot in the Agenda and click “View Details” and on the following page click “Add Material” and follow these steps:

1. Click Choose File. Locate the file on your computer.  Uncheck Convert to PDF if you do not want the system to attempt a PDF conversion.

2. Click Create Resource.  Your file will be uploaded and attached to your time slot on the Agenda.  You can follow these steps to upload multiple documents.

If you have trouble let us know, and we will upload your presentation. Please upload your presentation by Friday, August 10, 2012 (the Friday before the conference).
